Worst things were the urine smell in the bathroom, moldy tea bags in the coffee maker, ripped sheets, furniture was stinky and after we left check in an unbelievable level of unprofessional staff.
If we were offered a discount like I later heard other casinos in town had given guests I would not complain. A casino that charges $385 a night couldn’t get a couple of glasses for us? We didn’t know about the strike until we pulled in. When my wife went down to ask the desk for a couple of glasses for cocktails in our room a different staff member would not help her out. She politely informed us that because of the strike service was limited. She was really nice and informative and gave us the room that we wanted. The only positive experience was the woman who checked us in.
